adobe premiere 6 pro wmvcore.dll missing

I'm using windows 8.1 Enterprise N and trying to install adobe premiere 6 pro then this error shows up

wmvcore.dll missing

Go to http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?wmvcore then download the zip file and not the orange one.

Then copy it to C:/Windows/System32 and also if you have 64bit Windows, copy the file to C:/Windows/sysWOW64
