Xampp - Apache2.2 stuck when upgrading

Had this throuble after upgrading this apache, usually i just go to services.msc then just start the service but now I can’t. I have to use the apache_start.bat and mysql_start.bat. Annoying, usually when you go to localhost you it goes straight away but now I have to open those 2 files…

After googling this is what I found out :
in Command Prompt type : sc delete apache2.2
then just check the checkbox svc in xampp control panel to install it again
or run the setup_xampp.bat
